What can I return?
Changed your mind? Not the perfect fit? Maybe something arrived a little less than fabulous? We totally get it! Our hassle-free money-back guarantee applies to most items* bought through our website. Just make sure they’re unworn, unwashed, and still rocking their original tags!

Remember, we only do refunds for online purchases, not exchanges. If you're looking to swap an item, just give us a shout!

*P.S. Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns on gift cards, e-gift cards, sticky boob solutions (like adhesive cups or tape), or bedroom toys unless they’re faulty.

How do I return?
We don’t have a physical store, but returning is super easy! Just give us a call or reach out via our contact form to kick off your return.

Returning by Mail
All returns must include your order number, full name, and the reason for return clearly stated. Please note: returns sent without contacting us first may not be processed!

1. Grab a return address label from us when you contact us on 1300873205.

2. Pack your items safely in the original packaging (or something equally fabulous).

3. Send it back to:
