At By Melissa Lingerie, we’re all about getting your fabulous items to you as quickly as possible!

Australian Orders
We use Australia Post for most of our shipping needs, and here’s what you can expect for delivery times:

• Victoria: Approximately 3-8 working days
• New South Wales, South Australia, Australian Capital Territory, Queensland: Approximately 5-10 working days
• Western Australia, Northern Territory, Tasmania: Approximately 7-14 working days

Please note that during peak times, deliveries may take a little longer. We appreciate your patience as we work to get your goodies to you!

International Orders (Including US-based Orders)
No matter where you are in the world, we aim to provide the best shipping options! Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers globally, ensuring the highest levels of service and responsiveness.

For international deliveries, here’s how it works:

1. Processing Time: 1 day
2. Shipping Time: This is the time it takes for your items to travel from our warehouse to your doorstep. For US orders, we ship via USPS. After processing, items usually take about 8-10 days to reach you, but sometimes it can take a bit longer.

You’ll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your item is shipped, so you can follow your fabulous new lingerie on its journey to you!

For all international deliveries, you can expect your order to arrive within approximately 8-10 business days.
